About Chevrolet BrightDrop
BrightDrop Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Canada’s first official BrightDrop dealership operated by the Roy Foss Automotive Group. BrightDrop (a subsidiary of General Motors) designs and builds electric vans (and a wider system of connected products) targeting last-mile delivery customers.
BrightDrop GTA is located at Roy Foss Woodbridge in the heart of one of the largest commercial hubs in Canada and within short driving distance of the CAMI plant in Ingersoll, where the vans are built. Intersection Automatic Emergency Braking
Intersection Automatic Emergency Braking can help you avoid or reduce the severity of an intersection collision with a detected cross-traffic vehicle. It provides alerts and can even automatically provide hard emergency braking or enhance the driver’s hard braking.
Front Pedestrian and Bicyclist Braking
Helps you avoid or reduce the severity of a front-end collision with a pedestrian or bicyclist it detects directly ahead of you.
Enhanced Automatic Emergency Braking
At speeds above 2 mph, Enhanced Automatic Emergency Braking can help you avoid or reduce the severity of a collision with a detected vehicle you're following. Radar and camera technology are used to automatically provide hard emergency braking or enhance the driver's hard braking.
Forward Collision Alert
Can warn you if it detects a potential collision with a detected vehicle you’re following so you can take action. It can also provide a tailgating alert if you’re following a vehicle much too closely.
Front And Rear Park Assist
Provides alerts of nearby detected vehicles and objects in front of or behind your vehicle to help you park and avoid collisions.
Lane Keep Assist With Lane Departure Warning
Uses a brief steering wheel turn to alert you when it detects you are unintentionally drifting out of your lane lines. If needed, you may receive additional Lane Departure Warning alerts. System alerts do not occur if you’re using your turn signal, or it detects you may be intentionally leaving your lane.

- 1: A Business who has 5 vehicles registered in the Company’s name and/or owner/operator of the business; The Business has applied for a GM of Canada Fleet Account Number (FAN) and GM of Canada has assigned the Business a FAN. GM of Canada calls these Businesses a Bona Fida GM of Canada Fleet Customer. These Businesses (Fleet Customers) receive certain privileges from GM of Canada such as Special Incentives, Special Allocation, and direct mail inviting them to Fleet Ride and Drives and other Product Promotion information throughout the year. The Business with the a FAN receives the highest incentives from GM of Canada when they purchase a vehicle.
- 2: A Business who has 5 vehicles registered in the Company’s name and/or owner/operator of the business: The Business doesn’t have a FAN nor have they every applied for a FAN. Why? No one has ever explained the features and benefits of having a GM of Canada FAN. At Roy Foss Woodbridge, we would like to educate new Business Owners and bring them into our Dealership so we can complete the online Fleet Registration form in Global Connect and get you a GM of Canada FAN.
- 3: A Business who has less than 5 vehicles registered in the Company’s name and/or owner/operator of the business. This Business type is very small and may never have the need to own 5 or more vehicles. Therefore they may never qualify for a GM of Canada FAN. However, because they are a Business, they qualify for the Retail Program PLUS they can stack the Business Choice Incentive Program. Because they are a Business, you get a little bit better deal than the Retail Customer who is not a Business.
