Auto Complex Ltd., the landowners of 7200 Yonge Street, has applied to the City of Vaughan to have their property redeveloped for future residential, commercial, park, open spaces, and other community uses. The proposal includes a phased redevelopment over several years.

It is business as usual at Roy Foss Motors. The redevelopment applications will not impact any day-to-day operations in the near term.
